ZeusX.ai ("ZeusX", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at www.zeusx.ai, our web application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Name, email address, username, and password when you create an account.
  • Profile Information: Profile picture, bio, and preferences you choose to provide.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through Stripe. We do not directly store your credit card numbers or bank account information.
  • Communications: Messages, feedback, and support requests you send to us.
  • Agent and Workflow Data: Configurations, instructions, prompts, and content you create within the Platform.
  • Marketplace Content: Agent descriptions, pricing, and other information you publish on the Marketplace.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, interaction patterns, session duration, and clickstream data.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: Session cookies, preference cookies, and analytics identifiers. See Section 7 for details.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Social Login Providers: If you sign in through Google, GitHub, or Facebook (via Supabase authentication), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from those providers.
  • AI Model Providers: We receive usage metadata from AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, and others) related to token consumption and processing.
  • Payment Processor: Stripe provides us with transaction status, subscription details, and limited billing information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including processing AI requests and managing your agents.
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription and billing.
  • Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
  • Improve and optimize the Service through analytics and usage patterns.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security threats.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.
  • Send you marketing communications (only with your consent, and you may opt out at any time).

3. AI Data Processing

When you use AI features through the Service, your input data is sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. We want to be transparent about how this works:

  • Data Routing: Your prompts and inputs are transmitted to AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate responses. We act as an intermediary.
  • No Model Training: We do not use your Customer Data to train or fine-tune AI foundation models. Your data is used solely to generate responses for your requests.
  • AI Provider Policies: Each AI provider has its own data handling and retention policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Anthropic, OpenAI, and any other provider you use through our Service.
  • MCP Server Data: When you connect third-party MCP servers, data may flow through those servers according to their own privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the privacy practices of any third-party MCP server you connect.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • AI Model Providers: Input data is shared with AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) to process your requests.
  • Payment Processor: Billing information is shared with Stripe for payment processing.
  • Authentication Provider: Account data is managed through Supabase for authentication services.
  • Analytics Providers: Anonymized usage data may be shared with analytics services (such as Vercel Analytics and Sentry) to improve the Service.
  • Marketplace Interactions: If you publish an Agent on the Marketplace, your display name and Agent details are visible to other users. We do not share your email or payment details with Marketplace buyers.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

5. Data Retention

  • Active Accounts: We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
  • After Termination: Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Certain data may be retained in backups for up to 180 days before permanent deletion.
  • Aggregated Data: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you for analytics and service improvement purposes.
  • Legal Obligations: We may retain certain data longer if required by law (e.g., tax records, transaction history).

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms to limit data access to authorized personnel.
  • Regular security assessments and monitoring.
  • Secure cloud infrastructure with reputable providers.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.1 General Rights

8.2 GDPR Rights (European Economic Area)

If you are located in the EEA, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to restrict processing, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Our lawful bases for processing include consent, contract performance, and legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8.3 CCPA Rights (California)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. You have the right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Our primary infrastructure is hosted in the United States.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. 11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access through the Platform.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
